GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE AND ORDER

 

1. The products purchased on store.compart.pl are sold directly by Compart International M.M. Kałużni Sp.J., with registered office in Poland at ul. Hetmańskiej 35, 04-305 Warsaw,

Orders

 

2. Orders should be placed in writing by mail, fax +48 22 673 02 43, email: info[at]compart.pl and through the Web page located at http://store.compart.pl with fully correct and accurate details to effect invoicing, delivery and payment for the goods.

3. No contract to supply will be deemed in operation until the Buyer has received the order acknowledgement confirming the goods and terms of the order, however placed.

4. Orders are accepted 24 hours a day.

5. Orders placed from Monday to Thursday after 2 pm, on Friday after 1 pm, on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

6. A necessary condition for order in online store is a registration in CompArt International Online Shop system. Phone number and e-mail address is required to confirm acceptance and confirmation of the order.

7. Each order accepted for implementation will be confirmed by e-mail within a maximum of 7 days. Orders shipped same or next business day are not confirmed.

8. Orders can not be canceled.

9. CompArt International reserves the right to change prices in the event of an decrease rate of EUR, taking into account the date of the contract and the date of shipment to the Purchaser.

10. Ordered goods will be delivered by UPS courier or Polish Post (Poczta Polska).

 

Payment

 

11. Form of payment is pre-payment. The goods are shipped upon receipt of 100% payment in advance.

12. Prices in the On-line Store are presented in Euro and do not include VAT.

13. If the Purchaser does not type EU VAT number during registration store will add VAT tax to invoice (the current rate in Poland: 22%).

14. The following payment methods are accepted:
- Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club International,  JCB and American Express online through Dotpay
- PayPal

15. If price of ordered goods is incorrect due to service shop mistake or server error, purchaser will be informed about this fact and the order will be canceled.

16. In case of the absence of product in stock, the Purchaser will be informed of the actual time of delivery.

17. For each consignment the invoice is issued.

 

Other information

 

18. Placing an order in our online shop is binding contract of sale.

19. Store http://store.compart.pl reserves the right to non-availability of particular products. The customer will be informed about that.

20. Placing an order in online store http://store.compart.pl constitutes acceptance of “Terms and Conditions” provisions.

 

Returns

 

 

21. Any returns sent at the expense of CompArt International will not be accepted unless special arrangements have been made. CompArt International does not accept COD shipments.

22. Goods supplied (except custom-ordered parts) which have been ordered by mistake but are unopened and in saleable condition may be returned ONLY upon CompArt International prior approval. Note that we only refund shipping costs for DOA (Defective On Arrival) items (up to our standard shipping cost) or items that have been shipped by mistake. All returned items must be in their original packaging, complete with warranty card and owner's manual (if applicable), and show no signs of use, wear or abuse. The packaging must also be in original condition. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card. A CompArt International provided Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number MUST be obtained from a Customer Service agent and be visible on the returned package.

23. It is understood that electronic goods that have been used may sustain subtle electrical damage.  Therefore, certain items may not be eligible for return due to manufacturer return policies. 

24. Please contact CompArt International representative for product specific restrictions prior to ordering.

  

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 

The owner and the administrator of the online store store.compart.pl is the company CompArt International MM. Kałużni located in Warsaw, ul. Hetmańka 35. Our company fully respects the privacy of any person who visits our website. Any information concerning the client will be collected only in order to realize his/her order and to improve the quality of our services.

Some elements of the online store can be available only for the registered users. The registration in the online store is free of any charge and will not oblige the client to do anything. By opening the personal account in the online store the clients accepts the Regulations of the online store store.compart.pl. The registration process is quick and easy and some data the client is asked for during the registration process are necessary to organize the smooth delivery of products and to issue a correct invoice.

Our team contact the client by phone or by e-mail. When the order is placed by the client, the confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail address given by the client during the registration process, the e-mail contains the information about the status of the order.

We never asks the client for his/her access password to his/her account.

 

What data are collected by the CompArt International?

 

IP address - The information concerning the general rules of Internet connection, as IP address (and others included in system logs) are used by the server administrator for the technical purpose. IP addresses can also be used for statistical purpose – to collect the demographic information (i.e. about the region, where the connection is realized).

Personal data - CompArt International team takes special care of the personal data of the client of the online store. The protection of the personal data is a key issue and all the client data are protected from access of any third parties.

According to the Act of personal data protection, dated 29 of August 1997, Dz. U. Nr 133 Poz. 883 the client has the right to review his/her personal data as well as the right to correct, to complete, to update, to rectify them or to demand the removal of them. In order to do that the client has to log in to his/her personal account at the online store store.compart.pl and at the subpage “My account” has the full access to his/her data. If the client wishes to delete the personal account he/she should send the removal request to the address admin[at]compart.pl
